Standing Head and Arm Hold

This hold shows the old style pro wrestling head and arm hold applied from a standing position. From a lock up position you duck under your opponent's arm while pushing it up and to the opponent's same side ear. You lock your hands and put your ear on your opponents shoulder while turning towards your opponent and at the same time pulling in the opposite direction with you hands and arms. The Standing Head and Arm hold is a good control hold and is used in professional wrestling.
