Standing Head and Arm Hold (contd.)

Photo #2 shows the same hold on the ground. If you have a side headlock on the ground, then fold your opponent's arm over his face and put your ear to his shoulder applying pressure as before. This can become a good submission hold. Your leverage is much greater on this hold while in this position on the ground.
