STANDING ANKLE TWIST AND SPREAD EAGLE (contd.)
To keep your opponent from rolling to the left, you step on their
other leg, trapping it firmly on the ground, forming a spread eagle which
makes it difficult for them to roll. At the same time, twist your opponent's ankle to the outside. This hold is used in professional wrestling. As with
most of our Black Boot style holds, it was used more in years past but is
still a very effective hold.
